BuildWithTools does not provide accounting, tax, legal or financial advice. You remain responsible for verifying calculations, documents and business information.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, reviewing generated documents, maintaining copies of important data, and complying with applicable laws and tax requirements.
Local Data
BuildWithTools stores app information locally on your device. Deleting the app, losing the device or device failure may result in the loss of locally stored information.
Pro Purchase
BuildWithTools Pro is a $4.99 Lifetime one-time non-consumable purchase processed through the Apple App Store. It is not a subscription. Restore Purchase is available for eligible purchases. Refunds are handled according to Apple’s applicable policies.
Intellectual Property
The BuildWithTools name, visual design and software remain protected intellectual property of BuildWithTools or its licensors.
Prohibited Use
You may not misuse the app, reverse engineer it where prohibited, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.
Availability
App features may evolve or change over time. We may update, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.
Disclaimer
The app is provided as a practical business utility. You should independently verify important business information before relying on calculations or documents.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, BuildWithTools is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple’s applicable App Store terms and standard end-user license agreement where relevant.
