BuildWithTools is designed as a local-first iPhone utility app. We aim to collect as little information as reasonably necessary. This policy explains the app and website separately.
Information Stored in the App
No account is required. Business records are stored locally on your device. BuildWithTools does not operate a server that stores your invoices, estimates, purchase orders, tasks, notes or expenses.
The app does not sell personal information, show advertising, use third-party advertising trackers, or use AI to process user business records.
Photo Library Access
BuildWithTools may request access to your photo library only when you choose to select a business logo.
Purchases
BuildWithTools Pro is a $4.99 Lifetime one-time non-consumable purchase processed through Apple’s App Store payment infrastructure. It is not a subscription. BuildWithTools does not receive your complete payment-card information.
Support Emails
If you contact storylabcentral@gmail.com, BuildWithTools receives whatever information you voluntarily provide in that message.
Website Information
The BuildWithTools website does not require a user account and is not intended to collect customer business records. The website hosting provider may process standard technical information and logs needed to operate, secure and maintain the website.
Data Selling
BuildWithTools does not sell personal information.
Children
BuildWithTools is not specifically directed toward children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through a support email, contact us so we can review the request.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy as the app, website or applicable requirements change. The revised policy will show a new effective date.
